What we are selling is 100 Per Cent Black Angus Beef. No Hormones added............All Grass Fed............and it is delicious. We currently have ground steak in 1 pound packages ready for sale at $7.50 per pound or $6.00 per pound if you buy over 5 lbs. (current price). This beef is very high quality because it includes all the premium cuts like the sirloin, porterhouse and ribeyes..........all ground into premium ground steak. If you want to be a big hit at your next BBQ this is the beef for you. If you are concerned about the things that are added to your store bought beef........this is the beef for you. It is on the lean side for those that are concerned about their fat intake...............but the taste is spectacular. We are located at the corner of 1604 and New Sulphur Springs Road (3432).............honk at the gate if it is closed............our dog will bark so we know you are there.
